Sorry for the late posting. It appears at the moment the most I have in me is a weekly Friday Favorites and even that was slow coming this week.
House hunting is kicking into higher gear. Up until now we have been spending almost every weekend exploring areas on our own but yesterday we met with a realtor (who we really really like) and actually went inside a few houses. Nothing we could see putting an offer on but still a good exercise. All had something good about it but at least one fatal flaw. Location mostly - or in the case of one house the fact it was sliding down a hill into a creek!
But every house we look at and reject gets us that much closer to really understanding what we truly want in a home.
I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Have a wonderful week!

. . .(Sunday Edition). . .tee-hee!. . . I can completely relate to that! I hope that you find a house that completely captures your heart(s) & takes your breath away. . .! xo, Bren

Ooooooooh..... loving the lavender color! So pretty in the midst of winter.
Thanks for the memory of nougats. I can't say I ever ate them, but when I saw them, I remembered them from my childhood.
Happy house hunting. Ours looks to be over, we have an accepted offer on a place, and have moved forward on inspection, appraisal and the like. So looking forward to be settled and near family and friends again.

Love the lilac color. Reminds me of my childhood bedroom! I may have to add that book to my list as well.
Good luck on finding a house. It can be both fun and frustrating.
